The ipad-os version of one note only lets you print one page at a time, not the whole note like you can with a windows pc and one note. If printing your notes is important to you, you cannot do this using your ipad and one note. I use Goodnotes for all my handwritten notes, and I use a calendar template as well to stay organized.

I got an ipad pro 12.9 and I now use notability for pdf annotation, syllabus storage, and any other form I want to reference. I used one note throughout my first couple years of college along with drawboard pdf, on a surface pro 4, then 6. While I cannot really answer all your questions, I hope what I have to say is helpful. This also shows how I can scroll up and down continuously. Hide everything and just have the slides to use. I don't need it to look like this exactly as long as it is set up in a relatively easy to use way Subject = GU, Weeks = above, days and lectures = right side. Marked up on the slide, text that I can put on the slide or beside it and highlight everything if I wanted to including stuff on the page If not, then I guess I might have to get a new Surface Pro instead.Įdit: also if I were to switch to goodnotes/notability, has anyone tried exporting from OneNote over? These are my must haves (though I can be somewhat flexible) and I'm wondering if any of the note taking apps have these. And can I hide the sides to display more of the page. Basically, the more i can break it down, the better.

When I import a PDF/PPT will the import be on one continuous page that I can continuously scroll to the bottom and can I add additional PDF/PPT to it if I want to make that chain longer?.I've had some trouble in the past with importing PDFs and online stuff to OneNote in landscape because it creates a very large page with lots of unneeded white space above and below. Am I able to import PDFs and PPTs in both portrait and landscape mode (landscape being key).I only use Onenote on my surface pro right now to take notes and I have a few key questions about OneNote and others like goodnotes and notability. However, I wanted to ask a few questions about note taking apps before switching. I currently use a surface pro 4 for note taking but it is slowly dying and I'm looking to take advantage of the Apple education discount to buy an iPad Pro.
